Rosemary & Marachino Cherry Balsamic reduction and demi.

Ingredients : Balsamic vinegar ; 3L
Rosemary; 50g
Maraschino cherries ; 50g
garlic chives ; 100g
Brown sugar 500g

This makes a 1.5L portion

Place all the items into a large stock pot and allow to boil till the 3L of ingredients has demi'd to half or 1.5L.

The reduction will nappier the metal spoon and minimal run off will occur.
