Basic Pancake Batter(Guest Supplied Recipe)

Ingredients : Milk ; 2L
Flour ; 2Kg
oil; ±50ml oil
Salt ; 15ml
eggs; 4 each
Water; ±100ml

Cinnamon; 250g
Sugar; 500g

Method
Mix 1kg flour with ±5ml salt
Measure 1L of milk, break 2 eggs into a mixing bowl, add milk and 1 spoon of oil,. Mix well
Then slowly add the milk mixture to the flour and whisk till a batter
light the stove, use paper towel to spread the oil around the frying pan, put pan on stove.
allow to get warm, then use ladle to pour an adequate amount of batter into the pan.
Ensure batter covers all sides
When bubbles occur and the pancake starts peeling off the walls of the pan, flip over. once both sides are cooked. remove and put on a place.

The Cinnamon sugar is made by placing the cinnamon and sugar into a mixing bowl and mixing well.

The measurements for this recipe make ±50 pancakes
