To do a kiwi coulis you'll need
kiwi's, Castor sugar and water.
for a 1.5L portion of kiwi coulis, you'll use 1100g of kiwi's, 550g of Castor Sugar and ± 500ml Water.
The method of making the coulis:
Peel kiwi's,
Place sugar in stock pot
pour enough water into the pot to just cover the sugar
Place pot on the stove and light the stove.
Place kiwi's into stock pot, allow liquid to boil and thicken, use robo-coop to puree kiwi's
Cover the kiwi puree an refrigerate.
