Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients : 

Lemon juice ;250ml
gelatin ; 50g
condensed milk; 300g
cream; 300ml
Tennis biscuits ; 200g
Butter ; 20ml
cottage cheese; 250ml
laminated paper 8 each

Methods : 

crush biscuits fine and mix with melted butter
line molds with wax paper
Make 1cm thick base with biscuits mix and push down firmly and evenly
place into the fridge
Mix the condensed milk and cottage cheese into a mixing bowl and put aside
in the double boiler, melt gelatin in lemon juice
While gelatin gets heated, whisk cream till stiff
add lemon juice mix with the cottage cheese mix and stir.
fold in cottage cheese mixture into whipped cream
Spoon into piping bag and fill molds 3 quarters of the way and put into the fridge and allow to set over night
