How to make an omelette.

Ingredients : 

 eggs ; 22 each
oil ± 75
bacon 1kg
mince 500g
tomato 2 each
cheese 400g
mushroom 500g

This makes ±11 omelette's.


Place a small amount of oil into the pan, fry bacon till cooked
brown the mince in the pan till brown. set aside
Grate cheese into a plate, brunoise the tomato
slice the mushrooms into paysanne
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl
Beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl
place pan on the stove with a small amount of oil in the pan.
pour an adequate amount of egg mix into the pan till the sides are just covered.
open sides if there is too much egg in the pan to let all the loose or excess egg be cooked too.
when nearly done, place other fillings into the middle of the omelette and fold in half.
