24-04-2011 King klip Stragonoff

Ingredients used : 
King klip (goujoin)
Prawn Tail
Tamarind paste
Bechamel
Cream
Fresh Herbs: Thyme, rosemary
Tagliatelle pasta
And
Bruinoise onions






Methods
Heat tagliatelle pasta in a sauce pot of water
Saute onions in sauce pan, add king klip and prawn tail and allow to heat.
add bechamel, cream and tamrind paste and allow to thicken.
Chop thyme finely and add to straganoff
Place pasta on the plate and place the king klip stragnoff onto the pasta,
Place fresh rosemary on top for garnish and serve hot.
