We prepared bush sushi for the alacard menu in the main kitchen, in the sushi there was springbok, chicken and beef with some cucumber, carrots and sushi rice and nori(sea weed). We used a sushi mat to roll and press the sushi tightly.

And covered them to keep them fresh for later use.In this picture you can see the sushi, And on the far top right corner of the platter, are quail eggs.
