Ingredients :
Eggs; 8 each
Castor sugar; 250g
Coffee Powder; 60g
Cake Flour; 150g
Methods :
Beat eggs and sugar using a beater or whisk till full ribbon sabayon.
Sieve flour
Fold flour into sabayon
Melt coffee in warm water
Fold coffee into mixture
Bake in a steak and kidney dish at 180°C till firm to touch
