Breakfast : for breakfast the guest had scrambled eggs, mushrooms and a creamy herb garlic sauce and fried tomato.
Lunch: During lunch time the guests requested snacks for a game drive, for the snack, we were requested to prepare a "wrap" using using strips, tangy mayonnaise and julienne vegetables wrapped in a pancake.
We fried the chicken strips and made the mayonnaise a little bit spicy. Then placed the chicken in the pancake, placed the vegetables on the chicken, poured some sauce on and rolled the pancake and folded it into a wrap. and covered each one individually with foil to keep warm for the guests.
Dinner: For the guests dinner, we made them a sweet and sour beef stir fry with mixed vegetables on tagliatelli pasta.
Dessert: We served the guest a slice of chocolate mousse with a chocolate fudge kiss and turkish delight with a granadilla koulis.
