Sunday 13-03-11 Working weekend, The Guest House Day 3

Did Mise en Place for breakfast, which included cold breakfast, and hot breakfast. Cold breakfast was yoghurt, seeds, and cereals with assorted fruits.

For the Hot breakfast, we prepared mini omelette's with mushroom, tomatoe, onion and cheese inside.

We returned from split shift to continue with the dinner for the 2 couples in the house,for starters we had the butternut soup and salad, in the soup we had made deep fried croutons, 
the selection for the evening was chicken and lamb chops with assorted vegetables.
We prepared all the main courses and plated the meals for the guests, and cleaned up the kitchen.
